Moment of need

Was not real pleased to wake up the other morning, step into the shower and realize I had no hot water. I called Ken very early in the am and left a message. Within 45 seconds I was speaking with Ken. Within 24 hours I had hot water again. The technician was right on time, did the work in precisely the amount of time I was told it would take, and also walked me through everything he had done and was extremely articulate ( I am terrible at any tech stuff) with the future maintenance, etc. Service, at least to me, was something out of the 20th Century when you got a human being on the phone and not 4-5 minutes of options to find out who to speak with. Tremendous to know there is someone out there to assist you in a moment of need and is quite responsive and does not take advantage ($) of the moment. I plan on having them come out to look at my Central AC which needs to be replaced. Highly recommend this company for any issues you may have for which they can assist you! Lastly, I was totally comfortable writing the check…both for the amount and the service rendered!
