In this situation the first floor was somewhat an open floor plan so 1 indoor unit was sufficient for heating and cooling. An additional 2 units were installed in upstairs bedrooms where the occupants will enjoy personal comfort all year long.

Outdoor Condenser

The condenser utilizes Precision Temperature Control Technology which improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency through precise adjustments of both compressor speed and refrigerant flow.
Wall mounted Indoor Unit
The wall mounted indoor units in this Wakefield application are designed to be part of a multi zone system. They are quiet, have multiple operating modes, multiple fan speeds, and multiple airflow directions.
The indoor units have an advanced filtration system which not only captures allergens and other offending particles but it breaks them down so the air is cleaned as it is conditioned.
The indoor units employ Mitsubishi’s Hot Start technology. When turning it on in heat mode you won’t get a draft or sudden burst of cold air as the fan operation is delayed until the heat exchanger has warmed up. They think of everything.
Eliminate Humidity and the Damage it Causes
While there are many other features and benefits of this and other Mitsubishi mini split systems dry mode operation is one we should not fail to mention. Humidity is not your friend. You may not need heat or air conditioning at certain times but if you have humidity in your rooms it can be removed by operating in dry mode.
